One of the best parts of living in Las Vegas is you know what good sushi actually looks and tastes like. Sure, are there places around the world that may be better? Probably. Is there are more dense collection of quality sushi restaurants that also have an AYCE menu? Not likely. Some of our favorite places to eat sushi include Oyshi and Island Sushi, but if ever have an excuse to journey to China Town in Vegas, we make sure to find our way to Sushi Kaya. If you’re going for lunch, you’ll probably be able to walk in without much trouble, but we highly recommend making a reservation, especially on the weekends.
We’ve tried most of the rolls and they don’t disappoint. If you’re looking to sample many different rolls during your AYCE session, ask for half-rolls. It’s on the little things that make this sushi restaurant great.
