Skinny Fats

This small chain of restaurants is one of the best spots in Vegas for good food with unique options for anyone looking for Healthy or Happy food to satisfy their cravings. We’ve sampled almost everything on their menu and it all tastes very good. Our only complaint (and it’s selfish) is that we wish they still had the Slow Boat to China as an option on the Healthy side of their menu. Pre-Covid, this place was crushing it at every location and the word was that they were going to expand rapidly with big plans for multiple food brands. We’re just glad they stayed alive because they have great food. Looks like they’re opening a location in Denver and they’ve already opened up in Salt Lake City. It’s only a matter of time before they become a household favorite.
